@Blackcircles_CS I booked my car for 4 tyres on Tuesday. Offered me Friday appointments with local fitters. Chose one who cancelled. Instead of moving it I now will have waited 6 days to get my tyres fixed. Can’t drive my car normally and now have to take a another day off work😡

Lodged a complaint with @Blackcircles_CS on 9 October, sent a chase up email on 12 October and still no response. Left with a car unable to drive for a week due to a faulty tyre being fitted and neither @Blackcircles_CS or @HalfordsGarages taking any responsibility!

Absolutely appalling service from @blackcircles @Blackcircles_CS today states that they can deceiver for a date then tell you they can’t even though their website still says they can. @Halfords_uk to the rescue and tyres being fitted tomorrow won’t use Blackcircles again

@Blackcircles_CS. My husband has sent you several emails, posts on facebook and DM’s and had zero reply, we are £700 out of pocket and no tyres!! Shocking service please call us ASAP to fix this
