Unpopular Opinion. Cosmos as a tech stack is winning. Bera. Ondo. Init. You name it. It's winning. But that doesn't mean there will be any value accrual to the hundreds of random Cosmos chains that preceded these shiny new ones. And it certainly doesn't mean there will be any value accrual to a random chain that also happens to be called Cosmos Hub.

Feeling some interesting confidence that Cosmos is going to do pretty well in the near future: - @cosmoshub under Skip likely to have a DeFi ecosystem combined with extremely solid liquidity and better plans for taking advantage of IBC - @noble_xyz has solid PMF, has reduced bridging risks a huge amount and largely consolidated fragmented stablecoin liquidity alongside the early days of interesting assets like $USDY - @osmosiszone continues its dominance as the swap venue of Cosmos and is now branching into x-chain flows with @Polaris_App - @Neutron_org has some extremely talented individuals such as @deploydon pumping out innovative ideas & products. Reminds me of an early Terra ecosystem and excited to see the yield opportunities popping up. - I'm seeing @keplrwallet on a lot of EVM sites and if they see significant user growth, it's very easy to convert these users to Cosmos users. - Some very unique chains that IMO will unlock good future composability like @Pryzm_Zone. Getting their assets into other ecosystems in Cosmos will create a lot of volume flow & yield opportunities. Lets see how it plays out. There's every possibility that some new, fresh blood can start trickling in and snowball things if things become more "fun" again.

Full guide to scamming people with the promise of an airdrop: 1) Promise a number of tokens (e.g. 50m) to be airdropped to people, for doing a bunch of stuff for you, and giving you a bunch of investment. 2) Get people to delegate to your validator with the promise of the airdrop. 3) Don't vote on any Props, so delegates will miss out on other airdrops (e.g. ELYS). It's ok though, because you're giving them an airdrop. 4) Get people to buy your NFTs with the promise of the airdrop. 5) Get people to buy into your pools with the promise of the airdrop. 6) Get people to complete quest after quest, promoting your chain on X and other socials, with the promise of the airdrop. 7) Build hype, and free engagement, but making it seem like the airdrop is imminent. "Airdrop October", or "AirDecember". Stuff like that. 8) Build an Airdrop checker, so people know how much airdrop they're imminently about to get. 9) Finally, and here's the good bit. Tell them they're actually only getting 10% of the airdrop. 10) And for those that stick around, the remainder will be ready after 2 years. 11) Step 11, change the terms again in another year?
