It’s not a fact. There is no primary for a fucking vice president and you cannot run for vice president. You CAN run for president and hope you become at least a vice president, but you cannot run for vice president. If you had half of the enthusiasm for education that you had for being wrong, you might actually be able to run for president.

Reality of the matter remains: in any given cycle, maybe 25% of candidates are actually running for POTUS, another 25% for VP, and the rest for cabinet positions & cable news gigs. The very conversation that incited Harris to run in 2019 was “remember there’s a #2”.

@ItsLulu_7 I am absolutely in favor of safety nets until they become a lifestyle. I’m also fully in favor of them being taken care of by your communities and your churches, not by the forcibly taken tax dollars of other people who are doing better than you.

The opponents of Medicare For All expect you to believe that the wealthiest country on the planet cannot afford the very thing that other less wealthy countries have been able to afford for decades — and many of those other less wealthy countries have longer average lifespans.

@T_Boi726 @patriach2051 For the most part I completely agree with that assessment. It’s still not theft. Now if we could outlaw the term shareholder value, reverse citizens united, and in the fed this wouldn’t be a problem. People aren’t stealing, greedy politicians are giving it to them.

Then maybe you should actually stick to the facts and not try to interject your own personal feelings about what’s going on into a system that was built long before you and will probably last long after you. But at least you came out with the insults so we figured out who’s losing and knows it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s 2026 and there are still 10s of millions of people making $35,000 a year that think Donald Trump is here to help them. 45-50% of people earn less than $40K a year in America. Promising factories and jobs sounds good on stage but if you’re grinding at $17 an hour with rent, groceries, and bills eating everything then how’s that helping exactly? Real help means wage growth that actually reaches the bottom, not just stock market wins for billionaires. Stop falling for the grift.

I know people living quite well off of those wages. They just don’t shop like wild animals, and they live in areas where that is workable. My buddies apartment is $600 monthly with all utilities included. He plays music on a street corner for tips and occasionally bartends, but mostly for free drinks and a captive audience.

I am 100% against the government spending money for private services. That said, cut all foreign aid, all foreign military spending including overseas bases, end all bailouts and personal income and primary residence property tax and we can talk about means-tested Medicare for those qualified. Also, no one in politics should earn more than the median wage of their home district. We can want all the good things, and many do. But until we stop paying for the stupid shit, it's just more debt that we can ill afford.

That's not what ANYONE wants. The closest would be Libertarians, but even they are against harming others unless in self defense. I personally believe any non-incarcerated citizen should be able to own whatever weapons they want. When they use that weapon to attack and cause another harm, someone else should use theirs and put them down.

Anyone can just buy a gun and walk up to the White House and start shooting. isn't this what Republicans want? Isn't the entire point of the right to bear arms to protect and stand up against a tyrannical, over reaching government?

I really don't think you have an understanding of the political workings of American government. NO ONE RUNS FOR VP. They are CHOSEN as a running mate by someone RUNNING for PRESIDENT. They then debate other VP candidate who were themselves chosen by others who are RUNNING for PRESIDENT. You cannot RUN for VP. It's simply not a thing. How do you NOT know this, yet seem to have a huge opinion on it. Seriously, read a little, because anything else you have on the matter should probably wait until your ignorance has been rectified.
