@BudgetDFS @monsta2023 @HustleBitch_ It’s sufficient to investigate. They probably did sobriety tests during that investigation and thus needed the urinalysis. Once he refuses, you arrest him for that, then bam… search incident to arrest.

@Chris_Perez2119 @monsta2023 @HustleBitch_ An accident alone is NOT probable cause. In Florida, implied consent kicks in only after a lawful DUI arrest. To get that arrest, officers need PROBABLE CAUSE, not just that a crash happened. Again, this isn’t my opinion. It’s the law.

But as someone who could be his body double, it's surprisingly "easy" to maintain. I can say for certain it's easier than it looks or easier than most people think.

Nobody is confusing Tom Holland for a bodybuilder. That being said, he's about as lean and muscular as you need to be to maximize your aesthetics from the standpoint of style. A physique like this doesn't take a ton of effort to achieve or maintain.

Even if it was top 1% (it's not), people walking down the street not being in shape doesn't effect the difficulty of body composition

Yeah this body does take a shit load of effort to achieve and maintain. Most people will be counting calories and keeping to a strict diet, along with being highly active. If this was easy than it would be average, but it's more like a top 1% physique. How many people look like this when you walk down the street?

I used to shit on BMI many years ago Then I started training clients & learning what people actually look like @ 15, 12, 10, <10% body-fat, etc. I can now say this with the utmost confidence: If you make it to a 25+ BMI @ <10% body-fat, you are probably 90%+ of the way to your genetic ceiling (as far as skeletal muscle accrual goes) WITH good-great genetics Thus, BMI is quite useful because most people walking around aren’t near their genetic ceiling from a muscularity standpoint/don’t even have good-great genetics to begin with so they should weigh AT MOST just enough to clock in at 24.9 on the BMI scale
