Hon’ble MoS (PP) @DrJitendraSingh chaired an interactive meeting with the officers of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions on 14/01/2026 at Kartavya Bhavan-3, New Delhi. The Hon’ble Minister encouraged officers to share their thoughts and ideas about the changes required to streamline administrative process, enhance accountability and come out of the colonial mentality/practices. Several Officers shared their ideas about adoption of new technology, de-layering, faster processing of proposals and enhancing ease of doing business. The Hon’ble Minister appreciated all the suggestions and ideas and assured that such out of box thinking and candid thoughts about the changes required to enhance innovation and administrative reforms, are welcome.
