In a major step towards smart and citizen-centric governance, #DARPG demonstrated the AI-ML enabled Utility App under the NextGen CPGRAMS project. The platform will map over 1 lakh Grievance Redressal Officers (GROs) with 23,000+ grievance categories, enabling direct routing of complaints to the last-mile officer for faster and more efficient grievance resolution. #NextGenCPGRAMS @DARPG_GoI @DrJitendraSingh

The NextGen CPGRAMS is expected to allow Grievance Registration in over 22 languages through voice enabled Chatbot as well as Portal, Mobile App, E-mail, social media and physical copies. It will also allow Auto-Escalation of grievance in case of any inaction by the GRO and offer two to three level of review and appeals to the citizens. The Application will allow better integration with State level agencies implementing Central Government schemes for resolution of grievances. With initiatives like NextGen CPGRAMS, DARPG continues to drive reforms towards increased ease of use and access to citizen-centric services through digital innovation and technology-enabled solutions. #NextGenCPGRAMS #DARPG

Group ‘B’ (Economy, Finance & Industries) 3. Group ‘C’ (Infrastructure, Resources & Technology) 4. Group ‘D’ (Governance & Security).
