When you say "it's just math" I presume you're making the market cap argument, i.e. $589 XRP would mean a market cap of $58.9T. So I'll ask you, do you believe that market cap means how much money is invested in an asset? Meaning, it would take people investing $58.9 into the asset to reach that market cap? Is it safe to say you're making the argument that there isn't enough money in existence for such a market cap to exist?
I'm not arguing that XRP will reach $589, by the way.

Even a move to $10 means that their remaining holdings would be worth 100's of billions more than what it is currently. Why do people believe that Ripple is actively trying to suppress the price of an asset they own a massive amount of?
If I were Ripple, I'd be doing everything I can to set the last bits of the escrow worth far more than it is now. It's just dollars and cents.

How is this graphic any different than any digital asse3t wherein early adopters got their holdings for much cheaper than those that come years later? You think retail BTC holders who bought in 2013 are any different?
At least in the case of XRP, the biggest holders are actively working towards increasing the value of XRP, an asset they hold a lot of. I want the founders to become multi billionaires, because I'll become a multi millionaire along with them.

How is a stablecoin that they have to back up with their own cash and charge no fees on their "real baby?"
They hold 35B XRP and have made it their model to virtually eliminate fees. You think they want to let go of the rest of thst supply at sub $2? A $10 XRP is a difference of hundreds of billions of dollars for Ripple.

I think the real question is why the fuck do any of you care if you aren't in XRP to begin with? Surely this is not altruistic advice, as the contempt that people like @CatfishFishy consitently has for the XRP community is always on display.
This type of XRP obsessed discourse amongst those who bear no risk from the asset reeks of one thing and one thing only, and that's doubt. Doubt that you may actually be wrong about something you simultaneously hate and yet have to talk about constantly.
If you, or any of you, were truly confident in your own holdings and perception of the crypto market, you wouldn't give two shits about what those who are in XRP are doing with their money.

I'll add to this and take it even one step further.
I literally don't even care if $XRP holders are being taken advantage of by Ripple.
I just want them to understand that they are so that they can at least understand what they are signing up for.
Every day $XRP social media slop merchants tell me that XRP holders clearly understand that they have no exposure to Ripple Labs (RLUSD, money transmitter licenses, corporate acquisitions, Ripple is a bank) by owning XRP, and then every week Garlinghouse tweets out that "XRP is Ripple's North star" or "XRP is at the center of everything Ripple does."

Of course, this assumes that all 100B tokens will be in circulation by that time. What percentage of XRP do you think will be available after lost keys, deaths of holders who did not prepare to pass on their assets properly etc.
As well, not every token in circulation will be available for liquidity at any given time since many will have their XRP in cold wallets. The true "circulating" supply will be what's available to buy, which could be a lot less. Not to mention, of that true circulation, the burn mechanism will be slowly chipping away at.

This is called reality. The problem… $XRP still is overpriced considering a far less than dominant projected share of on-chain settlement volumes. The token simply has no way to accrue value through utility unless a massive amount of it is in use, providing active liquidity on XRP DEX/AMM order books. There’s no reason to hold meaningful amounts of XRP, taking on volatility risks, if you’re a bank using stablecoins for payments on the XRPL.
XRP’s price needs tokens to be bought and held to maintain and grow value. Without the XRP Army, price will begin to collapse. How soon before faith dwindles bc the mass adoption narratives simply don’t materialize, which is the thesis of most holders?

One of the difficult things for a lot of XRP fans to fully get behind is a multichain future because the link between direct XRP use and price becomes more distant, and yet it’s in that situation XRP stands to gain. Finance is weird.

Loyalty? By what, buying an asset they hope will appreciate? No one is buying XRP to be loyal to Ripple, and in turn, Ripple isn't running their affairs to be loyal to XRP holders. It is a shared interest that binds the two. Holders (of which Ripple is still the largest) hold XRP for self enrichment. Ripple has a huge monetary self interest in the value of an asset they hold 36B of, especially when they have chosen a model that does not generate much in fees. XRP at $10 is a difference of hundreds of billions to Ripple's bottom line.
