By the way, my reactions to KU players entering the portal have nothing to do with my surprise by their decisions to enter the portal. I’d portal every year to maximize my value too, with KU or elsewhere in market. Until the rules change, that’s the game. (Still kinda hate it.)

Sources: UNC offered Tommy Lloyd a top-two contract in CBB. Lloyd took less to stay, but will still bump up to $7.2 million starting next season. Staff pool also will get a huge bump + incentives brought back to their contract structures. He'll also no longer report to the AD.

Is Florida the most disrespected one seed in the last few years? All the talk is about Michigan, Duke, and Arizona. The popular pick is Houston to go win the South Region. Not a lot of faith is being put into the Gators. The defending champs, who have lost only one game since January 25th. But since it was their most recent game, the recency bias has people doubting they can go on a run. The betting markets still have the Gators as the 4th most likely team to win it all, and that's for good reason.

@BunchHudso21863 @wthomassports Assume bias . All I know is KU played 2 sec teams and handily beat them. Fla played 2 big 12 teams and lost both. So you could put the whole conference in the tournament. Doesn’t mean they are any good. Fla lost to every good team out of conference.

Sometimes, the NCAA tournament doesn't make sense. TCU just made 54 percent of its 3-point attempts in the first half against Ohio State. The Horned Frogs finished 15th out of 16 teams in the Big 12 with a 32.3 percent clip in league play. Will the shots continue to fall?

@SnackPr0tein None of them will come out and say the were wrong in 10 years anyway. If the hawks don’t get a top 2 pick; personally would rather have Flemmings than Acuff Jr as a pg. both are good players. Would never pass on AJ or DP. No gm will either.
