NFTs have always been about making people feel something. It was never truly about utility, profits, or being able to do some next-level shit with them. Don’t get me wrong, there’s absolutely room for that stuff. But it almost always comes after the emotional connection. People spend through emotion. Plain and simple. Most people won’t remember how much money you made them, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel. And honestly, I think the whole idea of NFTs as digital collectibles is finally returning to the roots of why people collect things in the first place. Emotion. Meaning. Identity. Belonging. The money and everything else tends to follow after that. Few understand this. Space Riders.
