The victim (age 13-15) reported being lured through a babysitting ad her mother (a real estate agent) distributed in Hilton Head rental packets. Epstein contacted them, claiming he needed childcare, but upon arrival, no family was present.
Over multiple visits, she described being drugged (with substances like cocaine, alcohol, and marijuana, plus suspected additions to her drinks causing memory lapses and dream-like states), repeatedly sexually assaulted (including forced oral sex and rape), and subjected to violent acts. Two other older men with Southern accents were present during at least one incident, though she became emotional and refused to confirm their involvement when pressed.
Epstein instructed her to recruit other girls, referring to them as “fresh meat,” and suggested she approach teens on the beach with offers to “party” at his place. She discovered nude Polaroid photos of herself in a drawer, leading to further abuse after being accused of snooping. No payment was ever provided for the “babysitting,” and she struggled with recollection due to trauma and the passage of time

The FBI followed up on a call on or around July 20, 2019 (shortly after Epstein’s July 6 arrest), with a formal in-person interview on July 24, 2019, conducted in Seattle with the victim and her attorney present.
Additional follow-up interviews occurred on August 7, August 20, and October 16, 2019, Agents deemed her credible, logging a full FD-302 report from the initial session. She expressed reluctance to discuss certain details, particularly the other men involved (two southern men), due to emotional distress and long-held fears (she had only previously shared the story with her mother and one close friend).
The investigation did not lead to charges, potentially due to lack of corroboration, her limited cooperation on sensitive elements, Epstein’s death on August 10, 2019 (shifting priorities), or evidentiary issues from the decades-old claims.
