@BlizzardCS @schneid3306 GM's can assist with game breaking bugs that stop players from progressing that's the whole point of being a GAME MASTER and to report those said bugs to the TEAM this is the reason why people stop playing a game that the DEVS do t listen to the players

During periods of high volume we tend to send out responses to provide some general advice, especially when it comes to things that might fall under game hints, but also those that may be considered bugs (GM's aren't generally able to assist with those). I think in this case, we might be able to help, I'd recommend reopening your ticket. ~V

Got back into @Warcraft and didn't realize that @BlizzardCS had fired all the GMs. I have a bugged quest. Put in a ticket, was basically told "too bad." So I can't progress a whole questline now. Cool. Guess I am un-subbing already.
