Pre-trib dispensationalist here. I’ve been reading about progressive covenantalism and find it interesting. At any rate, the current political entity known as “Israel” is absolutely NOT tied—in any way whatsoever— to the Biblical Israel. They are Khazarian usurpers. Born-again Christians are God’s people of this current spiritual administration (dispensation). Anyone can become a born-again Christian—anyone (with the exception of those who have committed the unforgivable sin).

That's no true at all Joel. I've been a Biblical Dispensationalist for over 50 years and I don't believe that. I know the State of Israel is Counterfeit! I agree with what the @TorahJews have to say about the current state. I know hundreds of of dispensational believers that don't believe this current Israel is the Israel of God.
