It's not too late for the Ohio Republican Party to endorse an actual America First, Ohio First candidate. They are about to lose bigly, and take the rest of the states Republicans with them. That money looked good on paper to the ORP. Vivek Ramaswamy is down 10 points from Acton, rightly so. Ohioans are done.

Ohio AEP customers are going to see another price hike, in April. AEP says the increase is to pay for distribution. In other words, you're paying the company upgrades. AEP reported earnings of $1.2 billion for Q2 2025, up from $340 million for the same quarter one year prior. Crickets from Ohio legislators. Husted? Anyone?

Did he remind them he wants to use Ohio farmland for hyperacale data centers, to make Ohio the Midwest hub "next Silicon Valley?" He values exactly nothing here.

Hilliard residents opposed 158 emergency diesel generators for ONE Amazon AI data center in Scioto, but the Ohio EPA spokesperson said they are moving forward without the city's approval anyway. Desisel generators emit large amounts of pollution, including carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide. These are in addition to the facilities fuel cells, and the data center is being built in a residential area. The city is hoping they can stop the construction by denying the permit. Ohio has yet to approve diesel generators, but every data center requires them for back-up energy supply to avoid large scale data loss.

Vivek Ramaswamy isn't Pro-Ohio. He takes from Ohio, and moves the assets where it benefits him. He co-founded the "anti-woke" company Strive Management, a financial services and asset management firm in 2022. In 2025, the company went public to focus on Bitcoin accumulation, and then moved the $1.7 billion in assets from Columbus to Dallas Texas. During this time, his net worth increased by approximately 80%, from $1 billion in March 2025 to roughly $1.8 billion now. Scammer. He's going to suck Ohio for every penny he can get. Vivek now owes Jeff Yass the investor, $10 million in favors.

Ohioans are pushing back on data centers. An Ohio group just submitted 1,800 signatures (step 1) to petition for an Ohio Constitutional Amendment to ban hyperacale data centers. The group states that Ohioans currently have no say-so in data center development, and how it will affect our communities. They are correct, we don't. Ohio legislators, would like to keep it that way. To get the amendment on the ballot in the General Election November 2026, AG Yost has 10 days to determine if the petition is "fair and truthful." If approved, 413,488 signatures from 44 of the 88 counties must be collected and verified by July 1st. All Ohioans should be invested in getting the amendment on the ballot.
