PLAYER SPOTLIGHT: This week’s @UFLDefenders Player Spotlight goes to RB Deon Jackson, who has started this #UFL season on FIRE by leading the league in rushing through three games with 224 rushing yards and five touchdowns. Jackson’s confidence is standing out more than anything this season. He isn’t second guessing himself with his vision while also staying patient, and he’s become the centerpiece of this 2026 #Defenders offense so far. The extra swagger this season likely stems from the coaches having full-confidence in Jackson and using him as the sole RB1, compared to last season where it wasn’t clear entering the season who was the starter with Jackson or Abram Smith.
