@WillsonWatch @RedSox My 9-year-old son has been talking about Casas for the past two days for some reason.
English

@RedSox may we never witness a Triston Casas AB again

@daveclarkemd I'm sorry, but this is total BS. Everything doctor's can't explain, they love to blame on stress. Especially if you are a woman.

I spent 25 years as a gastroenterologist.
I treated over 7,000 patients whose symptoms had no explanation on any test.
Abdominal pain. Nausea. Bloating. Pelvic pain. Bowel malfunction. Fatigue. Later on I diagnosed mystery symptoms from head to foot. Every test is normal.
Here’s what I learned.

@UziCryptoo Seriously. I don't even know where my debit card is most of the time. I charge everything I can and pay it off in full every month. Banks hate me.
English

CALLER: I put $3,000 worth of monthly expenses on my credit card and pay off in full. I get 2% cash back, so that's $60 back every month.
DAVE RAMSEY: Get rid of the card. You're telling me that you spend $3,000 on a high interest credit card, just to get $60? That's not how you get rich!
CALLER: I don't pay interest, I pay it off every month and get $60.
DAVE RAMSEY: Get rid the card, use debit cards ONLY!
CALLER: So give up the $60 I get back monthly?
DAVE RAMSEY: That's not how you get rich!
In reality, if you are resposible, USE credit cards. It's not just cash back. It's also liability protection.
Every dollar matters.

@BowtiedQueenBee My husband tells my younger son all the time to hit his brother back. We're raising men here.
English

Don’t send your kids to school.
If someone hits them, hit them back harder.
If someone hits your sibling, you better all join in.
Rhoda@Symply_rhoda1
Parents, please stop sending your kids to school with the mindset of “if someone hits you, hit them back.” You are part of the problem.
English

@RiannaPaul @GovDanMcKee Maybe if we let ICE do their job, this wouldn't be a problem. You can't have it both ways. Oh, that's right, in RI, Dems can and do.
English

Unfortunately I live in Rhode Island under Democrat rule for decades where housing and everything else is unaffordable. Maybe we should ask @GovDanMcKee to redirect that $10 million to actual homelessness instead of covering health care for illegals.

Tom Buchanan@TomOllie22
@RiannaPaul Do you also post pictures when you give cash to homeless people?

@money_cruncher We paid off our mortgage through a parental gift. It's what we chose to do with the money. And even if other things look better on paper, we still chose this path.
English

@ChristinaPushaw @grok, where do the Newsom's send their kids to school?

What I find interesting about the Newsoms is that they both relentlessly promote liberal/left ideologies that are corrosive to family formation and undermine traditional values. However, at the same time, they've been in a heterosexual marriage for 20+ years and have 4 children together. By those measures, they are more "trad" in terms of their own lifestyle than most Americans are, even a lot of conservatives aren't married with 4 kids.
So what that tells me is the Newsoms KNOW that the traditional family model is the best; that's why they chose it when they both could've chosen anything else. But as elites they still promote insidious ideologies that end up harming the ordinary people who listen to them. It's a perfect illustration of "luxury beliefs."

Mac books in school are a much larger problem than phones in school.
WCVB-TV Boston@WCVB
Massachusetts lawmakers are expected to vote this week on a social media law that would be "among the most restrictive in the entire country." Details include a ban for kids under 14 and a ban on personal cellphones in schools:

@TheKuhnerReport It's only a big story if they stop electing these idiots.
English

Why is the Boston media burying the biggest story in the state? On Red Sox opening day, over 35,000 fans at Fenway Park angrily BOOED Gov. Healey & Mayor Michelle Wu when they took to the field prior to the game. Massachusetts voters are DISGUSTED with their leadership. #mapoli

@PerSources I'm a female misogynist when it comes to female announcers for male games.

@Arrogance_0024 What if this was to save you? Or your family member? Good grief, buddy.

@JoshPhillipsPhD What ages/grades would this work for? Seems like starting around 5th based on comments?

@JoshPhillipsPhD Reading What your 1st/3rd Grader Needs to Know by Hirsch with my boys right now. There are plenty of things I'm learning through this too!

Ed Schools have done a whole lot of damage in the past few decades... things like:
"Whole Language" over approaches like phonics
"New Math / Common Core"
"Let's end standardized testing"
"Let's end tracking and gifted programs"
"Social-emotional learning" and identity emphasis
These have strong emotional and ideological appeal (and some result in an easier or more enjoyable job for teachers)... but more than any other field, Education "research" findings are the least likely to replicate. So we should be skeptical of the latest "research" coming out of these schools
