This is exactly what I've been doing, except I'm not charging $2-3k/month. I built the full AI stack for my own agency first. Took my team from 9 to 3. Margins went from 25% to 60%. Now I'm licensing the exact same setup to business owners. Giving away the full playbook for free so you can see what's actually inside: Like this post & comment "Agent" and I'll DM it to you. Here's what you're getting: • How to audit which roles in your business AI can actually handle • How to set up a custom agent trained on your processes (not a generic GPT wrapper) • How to connect it to your CRM, Slack, and reporting tools • Sub-agents for onboarding, client comms, and data tracking The "AI guy" model works. But most people teaching it have never actually run a business with these systems. I have. Drop "Agent" below.
Yonan@yonann

Chris Camillo reveals how people are making $500K/year being an "AI guy" for small businesses "There are millions of small businesses out there and almost none of them are willing to embrace AI right now, you just walk in and say give me one area where you're leaking money, I'll fix it for free" "Within days you've set up an AI agent answering their calls, sending responses, getting quotes out in real time… and you just increased their revenue by 5 to 15% at essentially no cost" "Now you're invaluable. They're paying you $2,000 or $3,000 a month to be their AI guy, you replicate that across 10 or 20 businesses and you're making half a million a year"

The agency owners who figure out Hermes in the next 90 days are going to look like geniuses in 2027. The problem is most agency owners don't have time to figure out the install, where to start, or what to actually hand it first. So my team built an 83-page playbook that does it for you. Inside: — The 5 daily prompts that turn it into a second brain — Plain English setup for Mac, Linux, and Android — How to lock it down without torching client data — 8 copy-paste workflows across reporting, outreach, sales, and ops — The cron trick that drops token spend by 90% Your competitors are sleeping on this. Comment HERMES and I'll send it.
GREG ISENBERG@gregisenberg

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

I spent the last 45 days writing a 86-page book covering absolutely everything I know about how to successfully run outbound in 2026. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. > Company context analysis and market evaluation > ICP definition and Pain-Qualified Segment (PQS) modeling > TAM mapping across 15+ industry segments > Offer creation and the three types of cold offers > The psychology of cold email and pattern disruption > 10 fundamental copywriting principles from 10M+ emails sent > 6 proven cold email script frameworks with real examples > 5 messaging angles to test across campaigns > AI prompts for generating full A/B test script matrices > Email sequencer setup and which tools to use at which volume > Domain setup rules and secondary domain best practices > Reserve infrastructure and inbox cycling strategy > Deliverability signals, spintax, and campaign settings > How to identify burned accounts and recover fast > The four types of data sources and when to use each > The Campaign Score Formula for predicting results before launch > Speed-to-lead system and why response time kills conversions > 5 reply templates covering 90% of responses > Follow-up strategy across email, LinkedIn, phone, and SMS > Pre-call workflow that lifts show rates from 30% to 70%+ > Post-meeting process: proposals, contracts, and onboarding I told you I meant EVERYTHING. The insights in this book come from the experiences of 10M+ emails sent, 20,000+ leads generated, and deca-millions in pipeline value created. This e-book is NOT free, but it costs less than a Chipotle bowl with guac. (There needs to be a slight level of gatekeeping for this one) Want to get access to it? Comment “Playbook” and I’ll DM you the link to it. [Must be following to receive]

I just built an AI-powered ATS that screens CVs automatically and emails candidates, without a recruiter touching anything. Here is what it does in under 60 seconds: - Detects a CV in Gmail - Uploads it to Google Drive - Extracts data with AI - Scores the candidate...

But think about this mr Ben . I’m not picking side with Tinubu oo . I just want to explain this . Whoever wants to be a president will always be humble . People will see them as the messiah coming to save us . Until they later enter . Pattern will change . That’s how we thought Tinubu was the Saviour 4 years ago until all these happen . Don’t be easily moved by the humility and sweet talks of Peter obi . Na strategy 🤝

Watching Peter obi yesterday and still picking Tinubu must be some sort of mental illness. I don't even care about your choice and freedom to pick, you're just a wicked human being.

one of my clients, Sam, was so amazed when he realized i had such crazy ideas like this one i did in this Resume Vetting Workflow. the automation system would save his team 3 days of work per week. here is how it happened… Sam owns a growing job brokering & coaching firm. they screen lots of tech talents’ resumes, CVs, pick qualifiers for jobs, connect them with labor demand, and get paid for their services. they earn from broker commissions. they earn from employees sometimes through courses and stuff, so they pass through a lot of repetitive steps to convert these leads into paying and retaining customers. my role was not to just create workflows, but to create systems that would help them make these operations easier & faster without having to add more head-counts to their employees. and here is what I did - the first workflow i created:::: • when leads fill the intake form • they are to submit their résumés • the html form logs the doc directly into a folder • the Google Drive then triggers the whole automation • the file extraction node collects specific key information from the resume, and sends over to Claude ai phase 2::: • claude looks for a the key requirements needed by the employers like skills, years of experience, and reformats the messy resume into a clean JSON object. • then the Code in JavaScript node filters this JSON from Claude to avoid unnecessary extra content and ensures only the needed infos are passed to the notion database. • then the “if” node uses the qualification filter to determine what kind of email will be sent to candidates or applicants. more like, at least 2 years of experience, 5 sets of cognitive skills including writing, human psychology, etc. after this, I will add a sub-workflow that follows up with those who do not qualify and try to sell them a course that trains them on how best to showcase their resume, and apply for jobs. and also, what do you think about this? want something similar? comment “send a dm” and we will discuss.

I mapped out 50 ways to make money with AI in 2026. Not theory. Not hype. Real business models with revenue paths and MVP scope. Organized into 5 categories: vertical agents, content tools, data infrastructure, edge AI, and services. Each idea shows exactly what to build and how to monetize it. Saved me 3 weeks of research when I was figuring out what to launch. Comment "IDEAS" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

After 2 years of building GTM systems, I've finally created the most practical CRM playbook I've ever seen. (Scaled to $1M ARR in 3 months) Most GTM teams treat their CRM like a database. Log the meeting. Update the stage. Hope the rep follows up. We treated it like an active outreach engine instead. That shift changed everything. It's how we: → Took one SaaS company from zero to $1M ARR in 3 months → Took another from zero to $1M ARR in 8 months → Reduced time to close by 34% across active pipeline → Cut CRM admin time from 4 hours a week to 40 minutes Not another CRM tool to learn. A system built on 2 outputs: 1. Deals in progress (one clear next step per deal, used for individual outreach to accounts close to closing) 2. Bulk campaign lists (contacts not yet ready for 1:1 outreach, exported as CSV or XLSX and dropped into a personalised sequence) Everything else already exists in your stack. Connect it, do not rebuild it. So I documented the entire setup. Inside the playbook: 1. The exact 10-step setup: Claude account, Desktop app, $20/month Pro plan, Gmail, Calendar, Stripe, meeting recorder, CRM or Notion, Posthog, Snowflake 2. The connection order that actually works: Gmail and Calendar first, then recorder, then CRM, then Stripe, then product data 3. The only two outputs worth building your prompts around and why everything else is already covered by your existing tools 4. Troubleshooting the three most common issues: reconnecting dropped sources, handling large datasets past the context window, and saving reusable workflows via Claude Code Follow me and reply "CRM" and I'll send it over.

STOP treating LinkedIn like a slot machine in 2026. I spent 8 months building 16 playbooks, frameworks, and systems for LinkedIn lead gen. Because a VAST majority of ppl > post content > pray for leads > wonder why nobody books calls. Then they try DMs and sound like every other "quick question" robot in the inbox. Meanwhile their competitors are stacking 10-20 calls/week using actual systems. So I put together an ultimate resource for dominating LinkedIn in 2026... THE 2026 LINKEDIN LEAD GEN PLAYBOOK. It's a full Notion vault with everything I use to run my agency and my clients' accounts. There are 16 resources across 5 categories: 1) Content & Hooks: the viral post blueprint + my AI content writing system (3 custom GPTs) 2) DMs & Outreach: 3 DM playbooks including 30+ real conversations that booked calls 3) Lead Magnets: Hormozi's framework, swipe files, prompts, and my full masterclass 4) Funnels & Systems: the $100K LinkedIn OS, 7-step call funnel, and appointment setting SOPs 5) AI & Automation: Reddit-to-LinkedIn pipeline, GTM system, agency ops guide Want it? • Comment "PLAYBOOK" • Follow me @aidanb2b PS This is literally every system behind multiple 7+ figures in pipeline I've generated from LinkedIn (the actual playbooks we use internally)
