I wish the Democrats would make a much bigger deal about Trump paying for the ballroom via private donations. I understand the “no cost to the taxpayer” sentiment, but Congress needs to pass some kind of legislation allowing for it or otherwise need to sue.

We could do this too! Rerouting I76 to merge with I95 south of FDR Park with tolls south of the Walt Wit. Reconnecting the Stadium & Packer Park neighborhoods to the rest of the city frees 169 acres of land. Only need ~27 units per acre to reach 4500 homes.

Hospitals should have atriums to grow healthy organic fruits & vegetables for patients. Also procure healthy eggs, meat, & organic fruits for patient meals.
Medical campus “food courts” should only serve healthy foods to employees & visitors. I’ve seen SCORES of obese medical professionals.

I noticed a few residential streets in Sydney have been recently converted to low-speed shared streets. This one in Surry Hills is a good compromise design that contains many elements of a Dutch woonerf while still preserving street parking.
