Day 5 of building a GEO agency. Update: I've been considering different names from the start and am now leaning toward one of the options. It seems there are no AI marketing agencies in our area — which could be a strong sign of a great opportunity. You don't necessarily need to reinvent the wheel when creating a business. A GEO business is similar to an SEO business; they just use different techniques to achieve their desired results. I think we should eventually offer a wider range of services, but I want to focus on GEO initially. The original landing page has been completely scrapped, and I’m now starting with a better AI tool. It looks promising, but I’ll probably need another 5-10 hours to finish it. I’m still juggling my main business while building this. Targeting home services remains part of my plan. Using two consultants, one for the front-end work and the other for the back-end. That should allow us to stay lean and profitable — until we need to expand.
