@coachzblair10 my only nit is that many coaches seem to think coaching hard means yelling, humiliating, etc. at kids. coaches should spend more time working on their deliveries relative to the personality of the kid.

Best players I've coached had a lot in common: - They were coached hard & didn't get feelings hurt - They wanted to be held to highest expectation - They were upset when they weren't coached - They demanded best out of teammates - They weren't soft - They'd do anything to win
