I can’t tell you how blessed, lucky and relieved I am but for any woman who follows this account or my work, PLEASE get your mammograms!!! It is so important and vital and something I know a lot of us put off. I am 40 and this was a scare for me. Get your mammograms!!! Doctors, nurses, pathologists, the mammogram coordinators, all of these people are nothing short of selfless angels who walk among us and I am forever grateful to every single health care professional. The attack was so severe he lost most of his teeth, his tongue, his jaw and his lower face was mangled and bloodied beyond recognition. However, In order to keep his airways open and allow himself to breathe, Wesley had to dig mud out of his throat with his hands. He had titanium plates inserted in both cheeks and a titanium rib around the jawbone during the facial reconstruction process. He also had a fibula bone graft, where they took his left fibula from the lower leg and made a jaw from it.

Jeremy Goodale was sentenced to life in prison after he and his friend Willard Miller killed their Spanish teacher, Nohema Graber, with a baseball bat. On November 2, 2021, the two teens stalked their teacher at a park and beat her to death with a bat after she gave them a bad grade. The incident happened at a park in Fairfield in Iowa. When the judge announced that he was sentenced to life in prison, Goodale started bleeding out of his nose as he sobbed. “I’m sorry, truly sorry. What I’ve taken can never be replaced. Every day I wish I could go back and stop myself, prevent this loss and this pain that I’ve caused everyone," Goodale said.
