I would love to launch a modern ethical model that: 1. Provides homes for eligible street animals through international exports of healthy pet eligible animals after the domestic market is satisfied. 2. Spade and neutering of all captured animals 3. Large sanctuary area for healthy but non adoption eligible animals to live their lives with out impacting local biodiversity. 4. This will be done through humane trapping through a local bounty system that with genetic testing will prevent gaming of the bounty system. Creating jobs for residents across the country.

Thousands of dogs and cats live on our streets. 
We want to change that, but without cruelty. We have the financial resources, but we seek expert partners to make it a model for Latin America 🇸🇻🐾 Who wants to come and help us?
