THIS IS HORIFFIC Killer sobs crocodile tears in dock as he is shown CCTV of girlfriend’s final innocent moments before he stabbed her 26 times and drowned her in a hot tub Aren Pearson, 41, murdered his 24-year-old girlfriend Claire Leveque on February 11 2024 in the garage hot tub at Sandness in Shetland. He stabbed her 26 times in the head, neck and body, inflicted blunt force trauma, compressed her neck and held her head underwater, leaving her with 55 separate injuries. Claire was pronounced dead at 6.17pm. In a vile 999 call Pearson told operators “I’ve just killed my girlfriend... I stabbed her about 40 times... I beat her the f*** up” and called her a “stupid c***”. He sobbed in Edinburgh High Court when shown CCTV of Claire’s last happy hours, claiming no memory due to drink. Pearson was jailed for 25 years for murder plus two years concurrent for previous assaults on her.

Even if you were poor, go out with a tenner and have the best time. 10,000 pound night today is 1% of what a 10-pound night was back then. Neighborly people. Safe streets.
