@nitin_gadkari माननीय @nitin_gadkari जी, 14 मार्च को इंदौर आते-जाते समय स्टेट हाईवे पर मुझे टोल देना पड़ा, जबकि मेरे FASTag वार्षिक पास में 164 ट्रिप शेष हैं। वार्षिक पास के बावजूद अलग से टोल वसूली आम लोगों के लिए अनुचित है। कृपया इस पर कार्रवाई करें। धन्यवाद।

Why it's not reflected in my fastag, waste 10 mins at the toll pass due @_DigitalIndia & have to recharge additional Rs. 500/- to pass the your gate @NHAI_Official, I think #Rajmargyatra need to improve before announcing it usability in PAN India. I am being harassed @PMOIndia

@AyushmanNHA While there is no minimum wallet balance required on #Fastag as per RTI NHAIN/R/E/25/01112 Your toll booth at Electronic City #Bangalore seems to still require minimum balance higher than the toll amount. Kindly look into this.

Got my NHAI annual pass recharged at 5 AM, FASTag is active but annual pass still not showing. It’s been more than 2 hours now. Why does activation take so long when payment is instant? Please improve the sync between banks, FASTag and NHAI systems. @NHAI_Official

@NHAI_Official @OfficialIHMCL It's been 5 days since I renewed my fastag annual pass ,but it still hasn't got activated or linked to my fastag. Attempts to call 1033 are useless it's always busy and emails to ihmcl are not being replied to. No relief in sight.

Vehicle: RJ14 WC 5033. At Amoli toll, ₹55 was wrongly deducted from my zero balance instead of using my pass, making my balance -55 and blacklisting my FASTag. Now Sikandra toll won't let me pass. 1033 helpline refuses to help and asks me to pay again via UPI!
