Complaint register to 1033 for a fastag issue. But without resolve gave feedback of resolve. I am suffering from last 15 days and paying high amount at toll plaza although I have an annual pass of Rs.3075. @IHMCL1 @nitin_gadkari @NHAI_Official

@NHAI_Official @nitin_gadkari After implementing the Fastag more than 50 % of lanes are closed at toll plaza deliberately. Only 2-3 are operational. Why not reserve some lanes for paid user only and one lane for Fokat Class / Exempted.

I am surprised how that amt debited from my fastag account without journey on said date and karanpur toll. This is requsted to you please look into the matter and do the needful.

Unauthorized FASTag Deduction (Theft): While my car was delivered, an unauthorized amount of Rs. 2,000 was deducted from my FASTag. When confronted, your team casually dismissed this as a "third-party issue." Let me be clear: I hired DRS Dilip Roadlines, not a third party.
