But let's assume the worst scenario as blacklisted then also I am eligible for double fee that is 160 rs but I paid 480 rs (bill attached) which is 6 times. This is your setup failure and I need my money 400 rs back.

For the past one week, my SBI FASTag has been showing BLACKLISTED without any valid explanation. Vehicle: HR40K****67 (partially masked) Current status: ✅ Annual Pass is active (valid until Nov 2026) ✅ ₹390 balance is available ✅ FASTag is correctly affixed on the windshield

Dear @NHAI_Official @FASTag_NETC @MoRTHIndia, I received an incorrect ₹130 e-Notice from Choryasi Toll Plaza. My SBI FASTag was active, had sufficient balance, and wasn't blacklisted. This appears to be an ANPR/camera technical failure, not my fault. Please verify the records .

Why they can enjoy amount without interest? Very frustrating. Actually in 24 hrs they should reply that apaka paisa loot liya. Baat khanam. @Paytmcare i have a FASTag issued from Paytm and paytm payments bank. I am not seeing my current fastag details in the app. It is only showing fastag recharge. Kindly guide and how do i recharge. Do I need to close fastag and how do i do that. No option in app.
