Children should not be treated as a commodity. The biological father was obviously not in the picture. The man who assumed responsibility was. Condoms are a lot less expensive then child support. If you do not want to take a risk then don’t. Wear protection. If you are unsure of who the father is don’t sign the birth certificate until a test is done. Once you have assumed the responsibility of the child that child is yours legally. Only a judge can change that order. Men and women both lie. The real victim here is the child.

I’m gonna piss off a lot of people saying this but If a man pays child support, and later find out that the child isn't even his, the mother should have to pay all of it back
