Company culture and not accepting anything other than perfection 2.RFIs, extremely detailed shops (for the client but most importantly for the field) and pre punching jobs 3. Being willing to lose margin to deliver exactly what was promised to the client If you are stubborn about these 3 things your quality in the field will never improve.

If this AI revolution really happens the way they are predicting Life for people (esp in America) will be all about fun , entertainment and Luxury This means the nicest hotels, the nicest restaurants , the nicest houses. Everyone will want the best. I believe construction - especially commercial construction is crucial to this future. My biggest piece of advice: start a B2B business that serves this Vision.
