This is becoming my daily media ritual:
1. Left claims something horrific happened. They all push the same messaging, usually that it's Donald Trump's fault.
2. Mainstream media rushes to support Left's claims.
3. I spend about an hour researching and watching original footage.
4. Determine that the Left is lying and am reminded that once again the Left, and the media, are made up of disingenuous hacks taking advantage of any moment to push their agenda.
4. Go to bed, wake up, and start it all over.

This argument is just entirely fake, for two reasons.
1) In the Obama administration, they counted being turned away at the border as a deportation. A person would show up, be sent back, and counted as a deportation. We have to do deportations from the interior of the country because Biden and Harris let them walk in.
2) In the cities that are not sanctuary cities, the deportation process is orderly and normal--like most law enforcement. In Minneapolis and a few other sanctuary jurisdictions, local jurisdictions and a few leftwing agitators have decided to wage war on all immigration enforcement officers.
They are hoping that a little chaos will convince us to give up on immigration enforcement. They are wrong.

Five Left-wing narratives instantly crumble with the body cam footage:
1) Renee was terrified for her life.
She absolutely was NOT. She was smiling and taunting officers. Literally zero fear.
2) The officer was not hit.
Clearly, he was hit HARD.
3) Renee didn't know who the officers were.
Clearly false from the new footage, they knew EXACTLY who they were.
4) Renee was peacefully trying to leave the scene.
Clearly not, she slammed on the accelerator directly into the officer, even when she had nearly a full minute to leave the scene prior to him being in front of the car.
5) Renee wasn't involved in any ICE-related activities.
Instantly proven false. The wife/partner in the video clearly states they are going to harass ICE "later".
What is beyond insane to me is that the Renee's partner screams for her "Drive! Drive!" when law enforcement commands her to exit the car.

@EdKrassen If her intent was to actually hit the ICE agent with her car why didn’t she do it the first time he walked around her vehicle, or even back up when he was in back of her vehicle. She was clearly trying to get away from the situation and go right.

Sadly it seems that my family and I will be departing the city I’ve called home my entire life. NYC will become a very dangerous place to live in if we elect mayor Mamdani and that is a risk I am unwilling to take now that I want to start growing my family.
