If you do a lot of commuting for work, you shouldn’t be driving anything else but a Tesla on Full Self-Driving. Gone are the days are manually driving long distances. I’m for real.

Every owner of a Tesla vehicles should use FSD ( Supervised ) for every day commuting. Once in use they will never want to drive another vehicle but made by @Tesla. 🫶

@LamarMK I just bought a 2026 model three premium five days ago. One month ago I said I would never own a Tesla. Now, I don’t know what took me so long. 🤣 I absolutely love this car, everything about it. And I’m a guy that grew up around muscle cars and race cars.

Fun Fact: If you’re looking for the best EV to buy today, start with Tesla. Don’t just listen to people who have never lived with one. Ask the real owners who drive them every day and actually enjoy the experience. Home charging, Superchargers, FSD, software updates, low maintenance, and just how fun they are to drive. Once you own one, it all makes sense. Tesla owners, would you recommend anything else over a Tesla?

@yoursimmo11 I’ve been intermittent fasting now for the last six months. I weight train three days a week, morning cardio 2 days a week, long walks after work. But my urge to gorge like a raging bull is very high at night time. And I crave fats.

The intermittent fasting protocol you've been following for three years is not making you disciplined. It's running a metabolic loop your body interprets as famine. Skip breakfast. Cortisol stays elevated all morning, which suppresses testosterone (the two are inversely correlated). Thyroid down-regulates to conserve energy. Gut motility stalls because your body isn't prioritizing digestion in a famine state. That's why chronic fasters end up constipated. Ghrelin then dysregulates. Evening cravings intensify. You eat your biggest meal at 8 or 9pm. Your body processes a feast right before sleep, insulin spikes, and sleep quality tanks because resource is going to digestion instead of restoration. You wake up still processing last night's food, not hungry, so you skip breakfast again. The loop continues. The longer you run it, the deeper the trap. The fix is not more discipline. It's reversing the sequence. Eat within an hour of waking. Eat the biggest meal at lunch between 12 and 4pm. Eat lightly by 6 or 7pm so your gut has 12-14 hours to repair. Most men feel a tangible difference in the first week. The 2pm crash disappears. Sleep deepens. The 3am wake-ups stop. You signaled famine for a decade. Your body responded the way it was designed to.
