@danielfoch Between 2010 and 2020 a good used car could be had for about $5000. My 08 saturn Astra, 13' Fiat 500 Turbo, and a couple others were $5k. The beaters are still around, they just cost $10k now. Used cars got very expensive and havent rebounded to their long term average yet.

@Rae_Matt @fordnation Show us some real results. You keep allocating these funds but the programs arent working. New projects are stalling not ramping up. I'm in the land development and construction fields and I just got laid off. Now I have to pack my bags and start over again somewhere else.

@AshleyFoxRPN Thanks. Nobody is building houses so nobody needs a survey. Work has been slow for almost 2 years but this summer it dwindled to a trickle. Feels like im getting kicked out of a city im trying to help build.

@MikePMoffatt I had a friend on fourth ave and when i visited them for the first time, it amazed me that you could live somewhere and walk to a pub and grocery store. First time I had experienced that after living in suburban oshawa my whole life. I love the glebe, but could never afford it.

@robertbenzie Only Americans fly flags that big. I know Ontario is the provincial equivalent of a used car lot but we don't have to lean into it so hard all the time.

@milesintransit1 The package delivery service is a lifeline up there. A lot of the time its the cheapest way to get big-ish items anywhere in northern ontario that doesnt involve driving it there yourself.

@beynate It still sucks that we had our first housing minister that could actually communicate the issues in a way that actually made me feel like someone understood the struggles of young people, and then traded it for more of the "we gotta protect the nest egg of the richest generation"
