That you earn more than other corps members doesn't mean that you're intrinsically better than they are. And if you insist that you are, then by your own logic, a banger boy should enjoy more societal respect than you, a Medical Doctor, since you have now tied respect and value to how much you earn. So stay humble so that we can support you when you start crying about being underpaid by the government.
