The net impact is therefore roughly zero for most people on gas, the costs are just recovered differently. That way electricity prices can come down and create the heat pump incentive

Disjointed speeches? Yeah, shill, that’s the talking point on the Left. Trump can speak unscripted for hours and he keeps people engaged. He can do long-form interviews for hours and keep people’s interest. No other president can do this. My personal favourite of many great speeches/interviews, his very long interview where he spoke about his economic policies at Economic Club of Chicago hosted by Bloomberg. They gave him a standing ovation. That was easily one of Trump’s best interviews. A masterclass on economics.

That makes him an effective speaker because he knows that in marketing, that’s the level that you have to speak at in order to reach people in general. It’s working because the attacks against Trump are failing and more and more people are supporting him. That’s an effective brilliant speaker!
