@SW_Help I have filed a claim with you 2 weeks ago asking for around £54 back in taxi claimback but no response at all in 2 weeks when it said i should receive a response in 2 weeks.

@lovecocomonro Hi, all lost property is removed and processed via missingx.com at the end of the trains journey. You should be able to check for any updates on the items via missingx, I would advise checking it again tomorrow. ^MCB

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch Yet another train with no working toilets on 2C73 Waterloo to Reading. We weren’t told until 2 minutes after departure. Had I known beforehand, I could have taken an alternative service. Poor communication from the operator. #railtravel #accessible

@SW_Help any updates on how taxis refunds are going on been waiting over a week now surely can’t take that long and you stated in your email will take up to 2 weeks so how much longer to wait
