@GoContigo I love my Contigo had it since November 2020 and still keeps hot I sent in to get a replacement because the bottom just fell off. It's absolutely great mug. So, I used my warranty & just received the wrong item! Here's mine. Can you send right item? Tkxs.

@GoContigo Submitting a warranty claim is near impossible. Your date codes are stamped so small they are nearly invisible and the website does not take any variation in the format. After fiddling with this crap for 20 minutes, your broken Ashland chill is about to go in the trash

@GoContigo Feature request: We use our bottles in our home all the time. Can you start selling the little plastic gasket that goes on the top of the lid? That way we can keep using or bottles. :) Highly recommend.
