Do not go to a @GoHealthUC @NorthwellHealth urgent care! My daughter went there for a covid test and they charged me $616. They said they made a mistake in filing the ins claim so ins didn't pay it. Now they say it is too late and I have to pay it or it will go to collection.

@GoHealthUC Went in for a check on my hand injury. Asked how much I owed (I have insurance and a maxed out FSA). They said nothing @ Maplewood Mercy GoHealth UC. 6 months later a bill for $200 has been sent to collections. Never got a bill to my house.. THANKS GOHEALTH!!

@AllianceRxWP @GoHealthUC I have a 5 year old with a horrible ear infection that just got a prescription sent to Walgreens #3838, but, "our system has been having problems," so my kid doesn't get his antibiotics!? Give up on digital scripts if they're doing this much harm.

@GoHealthUC I was charged $800 for a PCR test! Stay away from Northwell Health and GoHealth. I never saw a Dr, nurse or PA. An MA came in and asked if I wanted my vitals checked. I said ok & then got my PCR test (for travel). I just received a bill for over $800!!!!

@NorthwellHealth boyfriend opened his bill from the local Northwell urgent care for 3 PCR tests. $2,007!!!!! Insurance adjusted rate = $702. Ins paid $507. He is expected to come out of pocket $195 for 3 tests. Talk about Runaway Unjustifiable healthcare, costs! Boo Northwell!!
