If Andrew and Blake truly cared about Charlie Kirk and his legacy, they’d stop using his name and build something of their own. Shut it down @BlakeSNeff @AndrewKolvet

🚨 LMFAO! President Trump is hilarious 🤣 UAE PRESIDENT: *Speaking very low* TRUMP: "See, when you're that RICH, you can speak THAT LOW." "I was wondering, can anybody hear that? But when you're so rich, you have such confidence, you don't have to do any strain to the voice!" 😂

While scrolling the internet, attacking @RealCandaceO - and everyone - for asking questions you won't, @BlakeSNeff, maybe you should spend a moment reading the comments. Have you tried? It's a Larry @lauraLoomer-esq ratio: 100% pure outraged vitriol over your lack of interest in a real investigation of Charlie's murder, and over your self-reverential, bitchy tone. SO many who loved Charlie, his heart, mind, methods feel this way. And it is readily discoverable under every single one of your posts. Stop talking. Stop writing. Start reading. AND maybe question the narrative. Charlie always did.

Here we can see the latest thing that Candace will fixate on for the next two weeks as all-important, the key to blowing the case WIDE OPEN, so that she has an excuse to harass more people. Of course, when she gets bored or successfully extracts whatever thing she is looking for (which, of course, will be a total nothingburger), she'll move on to dismissing it as irrelevant, or just stop talking about it entirely, and move on to her next fixation. This will continue until people stop falling for it.

If you loved Charlie, you might consider caring even a second about why your daily hobby is harassing his family, friends, and longest-serving employees in the service of aimless conspiracies that go nowhere. You say you’re “asking questions,” but you never seem interested in any of the answers if they don’t fit your preconceived hatreds.

Imagine a regime that has spent decades portraying Israel and the United States as the enemy, sees little distinction between the two, loses 10 or more senior leaders—including Khamenei—yet still retains the ability to disrupt or control the Strait of Hormuz. Why would such a regime agree to Trump’s terms: giving up its nuclear program? What incentive would it have to do so after suffering those losses while still possessing significant leverage? @realDonaldTrump has only two options: either meet Iran somewhere in the middle and negotiate a deal that leaves both sides dissatisfied, or pursue a full-scale strategy aimed at regime change. I don’t see a realistic third option. Cc:@PeteHegseth @marcorubio

BREAKING: Iran rejects Pakistan's claim that a US-Iran agreement is imminent and will be signed electronically during a ceremony in the next 24 hours, on Sunday June 23, with Iran's Foreign Ministry saying any signing "will not be tomorrow," and nothing is finalized, per Tasnim.

Cold plunging is a powerful, natural tool for reducing anxiety because it shocks the body into the present moment, forcing your nervous system to reset and regulate. When exposed to cold, your body releases a surge of norepinephrine—a neurotransmitter that boosts mood, sharpens focus, and calms overactive thoughts—while also lowering cortisol levels, which reduces stress. At home, this can be as simple as ending your shower with 1–3 minutes of cold water, using a cold plunge tub, or even filling your bathtub with ice water. At work, you can splash your face with cold water, hold an ice pack to your neck or wrists, or take a brisk walk in cold weather without heavy layers to stimulate the same physiological effect. In social settings—especially for social anxiety—cold exposure can be done subtly: holding a chilled drink, keeping a cooling towel on your neck, or briefly stepping outside in cool air to reset your system before returning to the group. Whether done fully immersed or in small, discreet ways, cold therapy can quickly anchor you in the moment and help you feel calmer, more in control, and socially engaged.

For people with ADHD who also struggle with procrastination, create a to-do list with only 3 main priorities for the day. After that, add three secondary tasks that are optional and can be postponed without issue. This structure helps reduce overwhelm by limiting the number of decisions and focusing attention on a small set of tasks, making it easier to start. 💫 Usually, what happens is people see the list as only having three real priorities, so they complete them faster than expected and then naturally move on to the next three tasks, treating them as optional rather than pressure 🤗. To make it easier and not have to remember everything, you can just use the Notes app on your phone, it’s always with you. @ParisHilton
