Cart checkout is now live on the Index. Since rollout, another 7 sealed Pokémon products have sold through the marketplace, bringing total TCG volume to $160. Small number. Real signal. The Index can now be used to find, cart, buy, and settle TCG collectibles via USDC.

A user asked for a less painful way to buy multiple listings. So I shipped it. Multi-item cart checkout is now live for the JK Index Marketplace. Still v1. Still needs polish. But the core rail works: multiple listings → seller-group checkout → one order → USDC payment flow.

Mega Evolution ETB has been sold. Not only did we onboard @TheDadLife to @phantom and @solana. Beyond grateful as he took the time to work through first time crypto user hiccups to complete the buy. More importantly though, the @JigglypuffKing_ just captured its first real TCG marketplace volume. When I started building the Index 4 months ago, I talked about the revenue streams we were building toward and the market we wanted to capture. That is no longer theoretical. The product is real. The rails are real. The revenue is real. Still very early. But this is the first proof that the money layer on top of the Index is starting to become real too.

The JK Index started as a simple data page at first. Each card page didn’t even have card images. But now, I am finally building the first real commerce layer on top of 4+ months of groundwork. It’s not the flashy pack ripping experience everyone is chasing right now. But, it's the infrastructure that can unlock that experience and so much more down the road. TCG collectors number in the tens of millions. TCG market volume is in the billions.

$233.8M of Pokémon gacha spend on Solana in one quarter is enough to get attention. Good. Now zoom out. The actual opportunity is the much larger raw + sealed + collector economy underneath it. Gacha is one wedge. One future revenue stream. JK Index is being built for the bigger layer: 🔸 market context before transactions 🔸 truth before monetization 🔸 infrastructure before extraction That’s the real company.

A lot of it so far has come from community and word of mouth while we’re still in alpha. Once we ship the first marketplace wedge through Colosseum and move into beta, traffic will come from a few places: 1. product-native discovery, as more collectors land on JK Index card pages as a point of reference 2. creator and event activations, like Riftbound regionals or Pokemon Worlds, where we can get directly in front of collectors 3. partnerships / sponsorships with Pokémon, One Piece, and Riftbound creators who can use the Index live as part of their workflow The bigger thesis is that trusted card pages become a natural acquisition surface. If people already come to the page to understand a card, the next step is converting that reader into a buyer or seller without sending them somewhere else. This presents another opportunity to get the platform out there as a point of reference / showcase our features.

People are still showing up 45 minutes before Best Buy opens on a Friday just for a shot at Pokémon product near MSRP. This is not random. This is collector intent in the wild. For @JigglypuffKing_ distribution, we are already eyeing events like Riftbound #RQVancouver (creator badge locked in!) and Pokémon Worlds. But the question remains, how do we get even closer to the hobby. Obvious directions: LCS league nights, tournaments, card shows, and retail touchpoints like this. Still working through the exact motion. But this screams onboarding opportunity for JK Index.
