@GrouponHelpUS I was double charged on an item and your customer service is refusing to refund. How can this be when it is a double charge for a show I only needed two tickets for? I ask for a manager to contact me and I got email saying due to Covid you don't make phone calls.

@CTGlo @GrouponHelpUS I'm glad you had a good experience!!! I bought a Groupon for 50.00 for HairbyDan in Bellmore NY and called spoke to HairbyDan himself and he said he no longer excepts groupons and I should get my money back so far I emailed back and forth several times with no refund !!

@Groupon I bought a COSTCO membership from groupon and they never sent the $45 gift car from costco, and when I ask groupon, they said to call Costco, and Costco said to call groupon!

So disappointed in @Groupon bought a Bike wine tour package for my honeymoon. The company gave me a choice for a full refund or reschedule. We could not reschedule because it was out of state. @Grouponhelpus is telling me I can’t get my money back! Only Groupon bucks!!!

@Groupon purchased a multi ticket via Groupon, they don’t work on the Vue website. I’ve spoken with @VueHelp and they have stated they can only be redeemed online and nothing there end so need to request a refund from Groupon. Now out of pocket and no cinema trip for LO birthday
