@HelloFreshCA charged me full price even though I had a discount code and then refused to fix their error. Instead offering only credits for future purchases. Super shady and disappointing service. Would not recommend AT ALL.

I am quite frustrated with your service after having my chat terminated and being hung up on by your agents this am. I will not be DMing just to be hung up on again. @HelloFreshCA after being hung up on a customer service call and a horrible quality chat to resolve fraudulent charges for product we didn’t order. I urge folks to find an alternative. This company has deceptive business practices, steals money and sends product you didn’t order and then will not resolve the issue and just hangs up on you. Beware! Any suggestions on Canadian food service alternatives?
