@airindia Point is not that the check-in counter closes 60 min before . Why is the online web check-in facility not working on the day of flight departure this is a known issue, which even ur staff is aware of . I would have not missed my flight since I was at airport 40 min before .

@flyspicejet @RamMNK bad experience today at 4 am, Spice jet has been holding passengers for even couple of kg extra in hand luggage despite no check-in luggage. Most working professional carry hand luggage to avoid the wait on belt. Staff was extremely rude and non sensitive.
