@flyspicejet Very poor experience with SG678 (PNR: EDU6PW) on 17 Mar (BOM–MAA). Flight delayed 2+ hrs (10:50 PM → 1:32 AM) with NO prior intimation. No refreshments or support at airport. Reached home 4:30 AM, couldn’t attend work. Requesting full refund & compensation.

Hi @goibibo, I booked @flyspicejet flight at 4th Mar from DXB - BOM scheduled on 11th Mar. On 10th of Mar I see Flight cancelled at airline. Refund was expected on 17th Mar. Still waiting. Also flights are fully refundable why I’m getting partial refund. @DGCAIndia please note.

Hi Avijeet, we never wish to disrupt our passenger's travel plans. We hope you will understand that many factors are beyond our control that determine our flight schedule. This is certainly not the experience which we want you to have. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused. As checked, the flight is affected due to operational reasons, and the information about the revised flight timings was sent to the registered contact details via SMS/Email dated 16th Mar'26 at 0927 hours, dated 19th Mar'26 at 1330 and 2119 hours and dated 20th Mar'26 at 0015, 0212 and 0329 hours. Further, as checked, the passenger was assisted with an alternate flight at the airport.

Hi Harsheen, please note that each passenger is permitted to carry one piece of hand baggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg, free of charge. Additional items such as laptop bags, ladies purses, and duty-free shopping bags can be carried alongside the hand baggage, as long as the combined weight remains within 7 kg. Kindly note that hand baggage exceeding the 7 kg allowance will be charged at INR 750 per kg if excess weight is identified during boarding. As checked, the passenger was carrying 4 kg of excess hand baggage and was charged accordingly as per the Terms of Carriage. Any surplus weight in hand baggage cannot be transferred to check-in baggage. Further, we are concerned to note your feedback. Shocking harassment at the airport. Staff member Shifas Kunumpurath pulled me aside, claimed my laptop bag was 11 kg, and demanded ₹3000 with no clarity. I was held for 30 mins, refused check-in option, and threatened that the gate would close if I didn’t pay. @flyspicejet

#spicejet #AjaySingh_SG As we were 8 people traveling to Dubai on 5 March DEL-DXB. •4 people were traveling with Air India - 9989LC •4 people were traveling with IndiGo - C1YM9L But because of the war, we were not able to go and we were to return on 9 March with SpiceJet but because of the war situation, when we didn’t even go, how could we return? That’s impossible….Due to the same reason, IndiGo and Air India gave us a full refund But SpiceJet is refusing to give the refund they are saying that it’s impossible But in this situation, how could we even go? And if Air India and IndiGo have given us a full refund, then SpiceJet should also give us a full refund. We have already sent mail group desk. group desk denied for full refund. We want a full refund because it was not our fault. we also sent same request group desk. (Spicejet PNR - AFSH7N) Waiting for your positive response.
