@HomeTown_In just had a telephonic conversation with your customer care. They refused to provide me service for a couple of rocking chairs purchased 3 years back just because I do not have an order no. They refused a supervisor and also refused a call back. Is this how you do CS?

@HomeTown_In Very poor customer care. I complained about bed getting termite attack and damage within a month of purchase from hometown store kolkata. I was told - due to water logging and no warranty, despite bed is on 5th floor and other furniture in the room intact. 👎
