@HomeTown_In I also then took permission and recorded the call and mentioned that I will post this on social media. Still they refused. Very disappointed with this attitude.

@HomeTown_In just had a telephonic conversation with your customer care. They refused to provide me service for a couple of rocking chairs purchased 3 years back just because I do not have an order no. They refused a supervisor and also refused a call back. Is this how you do CS?
