@bigbasket_com Very frustrating. When you deliver in 15' ( with a wrong item)and want the customer to wait for the whole day to change the item, you need to question your model. Looks like it is not safe to pay upfront so that we retain the option to reject at the time of delivery

Updating KYC with @TheOfficialSBI is a nightmare. Their digital process is broken—even Yono fails. Forcing customers to re-enter 25+ fields and submit an Aadhaar copy , PAN copy again and again is a step backwards. #uidai #DigitalIndia #SBI
