Based on a @JIPITEC article published earlier this year, I recently wrote a blog post on the #KluwerCopyrightBlog which focuses on the #Repair exception under the InfoSoc Directive. My contention is that this lesser-known exception could help achieve the #RightToRepair in #Europe
