P.S. I want to publicly apologize to all my friends in the Order of Preachers that somehow Luther ranks higher for me here than the Doctor Angelicus. (Not to draw undue attention to this...). That just can't be right, as much I like Luther's hymnody.

Can you solve this musical mystery? I am trying to find the tune name and composer of this piece, reconstructed here from memory. We use it all the time in community, but I do not have the sheet music here, and suspect it is only a hand-copied version without full info.
