@_AndyFitzgerald Disagree. It is a stamina test. Not a perfect measure but I will say 95% of my top players in my 8 years were near the leaderboard on the mile run. If you can’t make a 6 min mile you will struggle to play how we want to play.

@FarmingtonPower Consider yourself & kids blessed. Trust me it’s not like that everywhere. Being vertically aligned athletically & in S&C from Middle School -> High School is a HUGE difference maker. The 🔑 is having folks from the head shed that understand the importance of having such alignment
