Waiting over half an hour to cancel with @PetsBest when you try text live chat the bots are too busy and tell you to call. Only thing worse than PB insurance is their customer service.

Can someone recommend a good pet insurance? Currently have @PetsBest but it's really the worst. Will not be renewing and really don't recommend.

@PetsBest I called the company, and they said they received my cancellation request on March 29. It still has not been processed. Nobody can tell me why.
