Glad we got pet insurance from @PetsBest for them to deny our first claim because your coverage doesn’t start until 2 WEEKS after you purchase it?!? 😑🫠 Even crappy human insurance will backdate coverage.

@PetsBest Do NOT buy this insurance. They have gone to utter crap. Customer service is a joke. I’ve emailed daily, spoken to someone on the phone repeatedly and cannot get their incompetence resolved. Now on hold. 32 minutes so far.

@PetsBest This is bullshit. You still haven’t processed the documentation I have repeatedly sent in. The claim is still showing that I have not sent the documentation in. I have emailed I have spoken with customer service. Somebody needs to fix this and your responseis not acceptable.

@PetsBest Your process of processing claims has gone to hell. Your rates keep going up but you have people that don’t know what they’re doing handling claims and if you called to talk to somebody, you’re talking to a call center in another country.
