@AskSynchrony @pacgamer Why not send out an email to all of your customers so they were aware of the issue. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes. Would’ve been nice to have received an email that there is an issue with the website.

Waiting over half an hour to cancel with @PetsBest when you try text live chat the bots are too busy and tell you to call. Only thing worse than PB insurance is their customer service.

Can someone recommend a good pet insurance? Currently have @PetsBest but it's really the worst. Will not be renewing and really don't recommend.
