“We’ve never seen rents this high or vacancy this low!” You hear this message everywhere in America right now. Even in the tiniest, middle-of-nowhere towns. Yet - rents aren’t high enough to justify building new strip centers.

@realEstateTrent @BarefootBarebow You learn something new every day. I see dozens of deals daily that dont pencil and will never pencil. Yet Developers go out and raise the equity, banks loan and the projects will never have a chance of making money. I am surprised this surprises you!
