@KevWilson7 @GBDocInfo @NHSDiabetesProg Really rubbish that the GP hasn’t filled in the form - can you complain to the Practice Manager or ask whether making an appointment and getting the form completed in the appointment is possible? Completely unnecessary stress.

@Kerr21Kerr @GBDocInfo @NHSDiabetesProg This has been 9 weeks so far and the gp hasn’t filled the forms in, my clinic and drs don’t communicate and don’t follow the care plan they gave me 😩 so I see it as an ongoing decline in standards, but that’s me, mdi and 42 yrs t1d

@NHSDiabetesProg @GBDocInfo My Gp got a DVLA driving licence questionnaire on the 4th January, as of yet not returned, my blood data is on Nightscout, clinic are aware of this, 20 months since I've seen a consultant for my yearly review. D care worsening yearly.

@EileenFindlay3 No courtesy - if I was near you I’d come and tumble turn on top of her for you. I’m very careful and sometimes delay getting in the pool as I swim fast enough to put others at risk if it’s too crowded but once I’m swimming and you invade my space I’ll swim over you 🏊♀️

So Jaws was in the pool this afternoon again.
And once again, got in & swam directly at me without even making eye contact, then proceeded to swim between me & the lady next to me to bully me to the side of the pool that she clearly didn't want to swim at. Folk are fucking odd.

I wrote to local hospital to get specialist help for a patient. Instead of an appointment reply came back “They might like to consider private laser treatment, contact xxxx”.
GPs need a right to refer.

@LauraNoraLou Sounds like focusing on finding a routine you’re happy with is key and then the rest will follow. As Spring approaches hopefully that will be easier.

@Kerr21Kerr I'm struggling with finding a routine that I'm happy with, and then with results not coming as I'd expect them too, it makes me question why I bother at times. I'm sure it's just a phase that I'll get myself out of soon 🙂

@LauraNoraLou I walk and swim now because I enjoy both no longer just because I think they would help and I’ve found that change really positive as it means if I feel like a change of plan I no longer feel guilty
